Venue and accomodation
The workshop will be held from 20th to 24th February 2023 at the Etchujima Campus of the Tokyo University of Marine Science and Technologies.
There are two hotels in workable distance (within 15 minutes):

Since the Etchujima station is only 5 min from Tokyo station by train, there are also numerous hotels located around the venue.
Workshop fee and registration
The fee for the workshop is €500. The fee includes participation in all workshop sessions, a technical tour, lunch from Monday to Thursday and a workshop dinner.

Cancellation policy
All cancellations must be sent by e-mail to contact@iala-aism.org A refund in full of the registration fee will only be provided if notification is given at least one week prior to the event. Otherwise, a cancellation charge of 50% will be applied. Name changes will be accepted. In case of a no-show, 100% of the registration fee will be charged.
