Finalize a working document towards preliminary draft revision of ITU-R M.2092-1. The goal is to prepare a liaison note to ITU WP5B for DTEC3 using the collected ITU-R M.2092-1 change proposals.

The Aids to Navigation Engineering Workshop in Sydney hosted by IALA and the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) is designed to give delegates the latest available AtoN Engineering updates and a glimpse into the future with emerging technologies along with their status. A key objective of the Workshop will be to review the IALA World Wide Academy (WWA) lesson content for AtoN Technicians and for the engineering components of the AtoN
Manager course.

The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA) and the International Hydrographic Organization (IHO) in association with the United States Coast Guard (USCG) and the Committee on Marine Transportation System, are hosting the second joint workshop on S-100/200 development and portrayal to be held in Annapolis, Maryland, USA, from 09 to 13 September 2024.

WORKSHOP ON ESTABLISHING AND OPERATING VTS UNDER NATIONAL LAW IN ACCORDANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL CONVENTIONS ROME, ITALY

The International Association of Marine Aids to Navigation and Lighthouse Authorities (IALA), in association with the Italian Coast Guard, is hosting a workshop in Rome between 20 – 24 January 2025, to support and contribute to the development of guidance to assist competent authorities for VTS to meet their international obligations for establishing and operating VTS.
